// 01Supply-chain tech

9Particle

A custom development rebuild of a slow, ageing supply-chain platform. We redesigned the UI/UX, hardened a fully responsive front end and ran a performance pass that cut load time noticeably, so the whole product now feels faster and far easier to use day to day.

AAG Foods

We built the website, design and marketing engine from scratch, then handled a careful Shopify migration. The move retained almost all existing traffic and organic visits grew strongly year on year afterwards, giving the brand a faster store and a steadily climbing search presence.

Quantatrace

Designed and built from the ground up — a credible, conversion-focused site for a technical product with no real web presence. We delivered the brand, the UX structure and the UI build end to end, launching with green Core Web Vitals and a clear path to grow.

// Why Delivix

Five reasons Glasgow
businesses pick us.

  • Senior UX/UI designers on every project — the two of us run research, design and build together. No juniors, no account managers, no offshored execution.
  • Custom UI design, never a template. Every interface gets its own research, bespoke design system and build, shaped around your users — not a theme with your logo on it.
  • UX and code under one roof. The people who design your interface also build it, so nothing gets lost between a Figma file and the live product.
  • Fixed project pricing. You get one number up front — no hourly billing, no padded hours, no scope-creep invoices halfway through the work.
  • Direct lines to the people doing the work. You talk to the designers by call, email or Slack — never through a layer of account managers.

// Our process

How we work

01

Research & Analysis

We start with a call and a short brief: your goals, your audience and the actions you need users to take. From there we research user behaviour, build target profiles and map user journeys, then turn it all into an information architecture and a dated milestone plan you sign off before any design starts.

02

Design & Implementation

We move from wireframes and prototypes into brand-led UI inside a proper Figma design system — buttons, icons, typography and responsive layouts from 320px up. You review working prototypes, not flat mockups, and sign off each screen as it lands. Then we hand the design to build, or build it ourselves, accessible and fast.

03

Testing & Optimisation

After launch we run A/B tests, track behaviour with heatmaps and read the analytics to see how real users move through the interface. We optimise against the data, not opinion, fixing friction and lifting conversions. You get a product that keeps improving and that you can actually run yourself.

// FAQ

Questions
we always get.

The other questions are answered on the brief — fill it in or book a call.

Custom UX/UI design projects with Delivix start at £2,000. The final figure depends on the number of screens, whether you need a full design system, prototyping or a built front end. We quote a fixed price per project after a short discovery call — no hourly billing and no surprise scope creep.

UX design is the structure — research, user journeys, information architecture and wireframes that decide how a product works. UI design is the visual layer — the buttons, typography, colour and layout users actually see. Delivix handles both as one process, so the structure and the look of your interface are designed together, not bolted on separately.

Yes. Every Delivix project is a custom, bespoke UI/UX design build, never a template. We research your users, design a bespoke information architecture and visual system in Figma, then build it responsive and accessible. You get an interface shaped around your audience and brand — not a stock theme with your logo dropped into it.

We design in Figma and build across Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Magento, plus hand-coded front ends. For e-commerce we create custom Shopify themes; for content-heavy sites we use WordPress. We pick the platform that fits your goals, so your UX/UI design works on the system you actually run day to day.

Most Glasgow UX/UI design projects run 3–6 weeks from kickoff to handoff. A focused interface can be designed in around three weeks; larger products with full design systems and prototyping take longer. You get a dated milestone plan at the start and sign off each stage before we move to the next.

Glasgow is home — our studio is on Whitefield Road in the G51 — but we work with clients across Scotland, the UK and beyond. Local clients are welcome to meet in person; everyone else we run remotely, with the same senior designers on the project from research through to the finished interface.
